Q2: HOW TO CUSTOM?

A:  Pls send us your design idea or a clear picture, we can discuss it and do our best to do the same like yours.

By the way, you can also choose our items to do the customization: logo, surface material & color, accessories, box, etc.

 

Q3: WHAT'S THE SAMPLE COST?

A: We welcome sample orders or trial orders before mass orders, this can help customers know more information about our chair quality. Generally, our sample cost will be double the unit price for mass products, and the freight cost will be paid by the customer. This cost will be refunded in the official order.

 

Q4: HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING CHARGE BE?

A: It depends on the volume of your shipment and the method of shipping. We would be grateful if you could give us detailed information such as your designated port or airport, your favorable method of shipping (by air/sea) since it will helpful for us to evaluate the cost accordingly.

 

Q5: HOW COULD YOU CONTROL THE QUALITY?

A: Once the order is confirmed, we will make a pre-production sample for your approval, then make sure the bulk production acts strictly the same as PPS. Also, we will keep tracing every process by our QC inspectors, and we will take photos of every process for you for updating your information. When bulk production is finished, you can designate inspectors or a third party to check the goods, we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when occurred.

 

Q6: IF YOU COULD PROVIDE TEST CERTIFICATION FOR EACH PRODUCT?

A: We could provide test reports for most of the spare parts, such as leather, base, caster, gas lift, etc, that means the quality of our spare parts can meet the requirements of function needs. But if you need some specified test certificate, we could also arrange it for you.

A: Lead time for bulk order: 40-60 days
